Batsheva is a veteran educator of 30 years with a Masters of Arts in Teaching from American Jewish University. Recently, she was the principal at Irvine Hebrew Day School and before that, the National Director of Education for Club Z.

She is the author of The Jewish Educator’s Companion (2017, Behrman House) and the producer and host of the podcast, Overthrowing Education.

Batsheva gives workshops, courses, consulting and coaching for educators at universities, conferences, schools, and other organizations internationally both in person and online. She creates curricula steeped in active experiential, inquiry driven and student-centered learning for various schools and organizations.
